Job Description: Care Captain Help Desk

*Location: Bangalore

*About the Role:

The Care Captain will be stationed at a MediBuddy partner hospital providing real-time assistance to patients who have booked appointments through the MediBuddy portal or app. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for patients visiting the hospital and involves direct interaction with patients to address their needs and concerns.

*Key Requirements & Responsibilitys

Freshers or experienced candidates in helpdesk customer care roles or similar service-oriented roles. are welcome.

Educational Qualification: A clinical/medical background is an advantage but any graduation is acceptable.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi are a must. Proficiency in regional languages is advantage.

Ability to upsell services effectively.

Understanding of the MediBuddy app and portal to assist users efficiently.

Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Polite and humble demeanour towards customers ensuring a positive experience.

Proficient in escalation management skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Proficient in MS Office and adept at using email platforms such as Outlook Gmail or Live Mail.

Serve as a representative at the hospital help desk providing support and guidance to patients.

Ensure daily targets are met for various parameters including bookings attendance and report generation.

Assist patients with their queries and provide solutions promptly and efficiently.

Coordinate with hospital staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance patient experience.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.

Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance service quality.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the help desk operations.
