About the Role
To support our HR digitalization across Europe and ensure full compliance with GDPR and local labor regulations we are looking for an experienced Europe HRIS Specialist to be based in Hungary (Budapest or Szeged).
This role will lead the selection implementation and continuous optimization of the HRIS system across European entities. Given the strict GDPR requirements in Europe this position plays a critical role in ensuring compliant scalable and sustainable HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze HR business processes and define the HRIS strategy and implementation roadmap;
Lead HRIS system design configuration testing and go-live;
Act as HRIS subject matter expert coordinating with HR IT and external partners;
Ensure HRIS processes and data comply with EU GDPR and relevant labor laws;
Develop user manuals FAQs and provide system training;
Monitor HRIS data quality and generate reports to support HR decision-making;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP HR / SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors including system usage implementation or deep functional involvement;
Experience in at least one HRIS implementation project in Europe; end-to-end (from 0 to 1) implementation experience is a strong plus;
Solid understanding of European HR practices local labor laws and data protection regulations (GDPR);
Good knowledge of core HR modules (e.g. personnel administration organizational management payroll time & attendance etc.);
Strong communication and project coordination skills in a multicultural environment;
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus supporting collaboration with China-based or global stakeholders.
