Primary Responsibilities: * Apply Agile principles frameworks and tools to drive squad success * Coach Product Owner and squad on backlog health and user story refinement * Balance delivery timelines with iterative feedback * Align priorities and dependencies across squads * Provide role-based coaching and facilitate sessions * Promote collaboration and awareness of product vision * Create an inclusive environment for ceremonies and resolve conflicts * Communicate progress risks and impediments clearly * Support release planning and coordinate code movement * Deliver projects within defined processes budget and timelines * Build trust-based relationships and resolve issues * Drive continuous learning and process improvement * Monitor squad capacity and promote sustainable execution * Encourage experimentation and self-sufficiency * Integrate risk and control processes into daily work
