Job Summary

Job Title : Database Developer & L2 Data Integration Support Specialist

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Collaborate with agency and business subject-matter experts (SMEs) to gather analyze and translate business requirements into technical data warehouse application and system designs.
Work with vendors of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) business products and internal technology teams to design and implement seamless system integrations.
Architect design document and implement enterprise data warehouses COTS integrations custom business applications and master data management (MDM) solutions.
Design normalized data models for enterprise-level data warehouse environments and implement them using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL technologies.
Develop and maintain data integrations across heterogeneous systems supporting reporting analytics and business intelligence using SQL.
Perform database comparative analysis to design new transactional databases and data warehouses and to enhance and optimize existing environments.
Apply strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to interpret data identify trends and present actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Implement and maintain systematic data error handling recovery and cleanup procedures to ensure data quality and reliability.
Design and support real-time and event-driven integrations including integration with Apache Kafka.
