Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Sales Leadership: Drive sales across the retail channel ensuring achievement of revenue and market share targets in the assigned region.
  • Channel Management: Develop appoint and manage distributors dealers and retailers to ensure strong secondary and tertiary sales.
  • Team Management: Lead mentor and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers / Territory Sales Officers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Market Development: Expand retail footprint by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets and distribution partners.
  • Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers contractors plumbers carpenters and influencers to increase brand penetration.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop & implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Execution of Marketing Plans: Drive trade marketing product visibility and promotional activities in retail outlets.
  • Business Analysis: Monitor sales performance competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collections: Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
