Your work profile
- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams across modules such as GL AP AR FA and CM
- Manage end-to-end delivery activities including requirements design configuration testing and deployment
- Track milestones dependencies and deliverables; ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
- Identify delivery risks and issues escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution
- Support release planning cutover activities and post-go-live stabilization
Key skills required
- 710 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL AP AR FA CM)
- Experience leading Finance workstreams and managing delivery teams
- Exposure to Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Finance implementations or migrations
- Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle testing and deployment processes
- Experience working in a global delivery or offshore model
