Job Summary

Position : Tele-calling Executive (Collections & Recovery)

Reporting to : Assistant Manager – Tele-calling

Location : Cochin (Ernakulam) - Kerala

Type : Full-Time

Industry : Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)

Product : Loan Against Product & Unsecured Business Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls for payment follow-ups

• Negotiate repayments & handle customer queries

• Record calls and commitments

• Coordinate with field recovery team

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1 year experience in telecalling (preferably collections/ recovery)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Proficient in Malayalam & English (Tamil is a plus)

• Male candidates aged 24–30

• Preferably looking for candidates based in Cochin/ Ernakulam
