Investment & Fundraising Analyst / Expert

Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional investment and fundraising expert to support both
Emerging Solaris ecosystem. This role combines investor relations fundraising strategy deal sourcing and strategic advisory. The ideal candidate will have deep networks in venture capital business acumen and the ability to open doors with top-tier investors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy for both companies
Identify and build relationships with potential investors (angels VCs family offices)
Prepare fundraising materials (pitch decks investor presentations financial models)
Lead investor outreach and manage pipeline of potential funding sources
Support due diligence processes with investors
Advise on valuation term sheets and negotiation strategy
Identify and evaluate strategic investment and acquisition opportunities
Build and maintain an investor relations network
Monitor capital market trends and fundraising landscape
Provide strategic business advisory to founders
Explore partnership and ecosystem opportunities for synergy
Support exit strategy and long-term business planning
Represent companies in investor forums and networking events
Coordinate with legal and financial advisors on deal structures
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in investment fundraising business development or
venture capital
Demonstrated track record of successfully raising funds for technology
companies Deep understanding of startup economics valuations and investor
expectations
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent network within venture capital and private equity communities
Proven ability to identify high-quality investment opportunities
Expert communication and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous venture capital or investment banking background (Jugal Parmar type profile)
Experience in the India-focused tech ecosystem
Background in e-commerce AI/ML or enterprise software
MBA from a top-tier institution
Track record of advisory or board roles
Familiarity with Solaris ecosystem and similar startup communities
Experience with successful exits or company scaling
Previous founder or operator experience
Compensation & Benefits
Negotiable fee structure (hourly retainer or project-based)
