Job Summary

About the Role
Depending on your experience you may be responsible for leading site operations managing teams and subcontractors coordinating construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to specification.
You will work closely with project leadership to support planning execution and performance across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Requirements
Experience on large-scale civil infrastructure or renewable energy projects
Strong leadership skills in site-based construction roles
Ability to manage people safety quality and delivery outcomes
Clear communication and stakeholder management capability
Commitment to safety collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant trade diploma or degree qualification in construction or engineering
Demonstrated experience in site or construction leadership roles
Current safety certifications relevant to site-based work
