About the opportunity:
Working on a 7/7 even time roster Our Emergency Response Crews deliver specialised project services across multiple mine sites in the Bowen Basin with a strong focus on quality safety and technical excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are keen to work across a diverse range of projects develop new skills and be exposed to different mine environments.
Snapshot of project work to get your hands on:
- Bulkhead seal installations
- Strata consolidation and remediation works
- Ventilation installation and support
- Remediation and sealing projects
- Emergency sealing system installation
About you:
- We cover your fuel and vehicle expenses!
- Travel and Overnight Allowance
- Demonstrated experience as an underground coal miner/operator;
- Chemical application / pumping experience Preferred and highly desirable; (However we will train you!)
- Standard 11;
- Current Health Assessment;
- Current Drivers Licence;
- Committed to working safely and efficiently in underground coal environments;
- Flexible and willing to travel to different project sites;
- Looking for variety challenge and exposure to specialised project work.
