Financial Crime Risk Management is responsible for Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) regulatory compliance and prudential risk management across the TD footprint. We act as proactive and trusted advisors to TD Business Lines while supporting a consistent adaptable and effective culture across the organization ensuring money laundering and terrorist financing risks are appropriately identified and mitigated. We direct the design content and enterprise-wide implementation of TDs AML Program which also includes making sure that everyone both understands and complies with economic sanctions and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support stakeholder (Financial Crime Risk Management partners and other related groups such as Compliance Legal and Risk etc.) management by providing status updates regarding the progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
Contribute to the development of Financial Crime Risk Management procedures guidance documents presentations and governance processes.
Prepare summaries presentations briefing notes and any other required documentation to effectively report on the status of the Financial Crime Risk Management program.
Conduct meaningful research data analysis and quality assessment of Financial Crime Risk Management program activities using results to draw conclusions and make informed recommendations.
Support compliance with applicable internal and external audit and regulatory requirements and actively help with Audit and Regulatory Reviews providing recommendations and guidance as appropriate.
Participate in personal performance management and development activities including cross training within own team.
Report to a Manager or Senior Manager Specialized Financial Crime Risk Managementwithan opportunity to present to the Associate Vice President.
Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities providing guidance as appropriate.
Participate fully as a member of theFinancial Crime Risk Managementteam support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business quality innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.
