At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate dedicated and recovery-focused IOP Facilitator to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in New Bern.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an IOP Facilitator you will function primarily to provide direct services to clients within our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP). This includes co-facilitating and facilitating psycho-education and psychotherapy groups establishing client aftercare plans and initiating and maintaining contact with family members and support systems.

You will work closely with clinical supervisors physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure appropriate placement within the continuum of care promote a therapeutic environment and support healthy interpersonal behaviors. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals progress toward recovery and long-term stability.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm onsite with flexibility to facilitate evening groups as needed.

What Were Looking For

  • Full or provisional licensure: LCAS or CADC or CADC-I certification and experience in substance use services.
  • Experience in Substance Use services preferred
  • Maintain a valid state drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
