Job Summary
As a Leadership Development Trainee you will participate in a structured development program designed to build strong leadership communication and decision-making skills. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions while preparing you for future leadership opportunities within Skillbridge Academy. You will work closely with experienced leaders and mentors to gain practical knowledge and real-world insights.
Responsibilities
Participate in leadership training sessions workshops and development initiatives
Support day-to-day operations and strategic projects across departments
Collaborate with team leaders to analyze processes and recommend improvements
Assist in planning coordination and execution of internal initiatives
Develop professional communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Demonstrate leadership potential through active participation and initiative
Qualifications :
