Job role- Scrum Master(5 days wfo)Exp- 5 to 9 yearsLocation- BangaloreNotice Period- immediate to 30 days About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master with strong understanding of Agile practices to guide product and engineering teams. This role focuses on enabling efficient delivery fostering collaboration and ensuring teams follow Agile values and the Scrum framework while building scalable SaaS  will work closely with Product Owners Engineering teams QA Design and DevOps to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous improvement in delivery processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesCoach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to drive continuous improvementRemove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint executionCollaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog refine user stories and ensure clarity of acceptance criteriaTrack sprint progress using velocity burndown charts and other Agile metrics; identify risks and delays earlyPromote transparency accountability and consistent delivery across engineering teamsWork closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering QA Product Design and DevOpsMaintain proper documentation sprint reports and process adherenceEncourage strong communication and collaboration to build high-performing teamsDrive process improvements and adoption of Agile tools used for deliveryEnsure alignment with priorities such as uptime scalability security and fast release cyclesPerform other related Scrum and delivery responsibilities aligned with business prioritiesRequired SkillsAgile and Scrum Expertise5 to 9 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile or Scrum environmentsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanProven experience working with software product teamsSaaS and Engineering ExposureExperience working with SaaS teams focused on product releases CI/CD pipelines development cycles and cloud environmentsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practicesTools and ReportingHands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence (must) Azure DevOps or similarAbility to analyze and track Agile metrics including velocity capacity and burndownCommunication and FacilitationExcellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with DevOps SRE or cloud-based SaaS architecturesExposure to API-driven platforms microservices and fast-paced product teamsKnowledge of OKRs roadmap planning or product processesScrum certifications such as CSM or PSM preferred Soft SkillsStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership and structured problem-solving approachAbility to work in fast-paced environments with evolving prioritiesEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Management or related field is must
