Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review head media weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports including variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Lead financial analysis and reporting for head and media business areas providing insights to support strategic decisions
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior director and business partners to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with financial controllers business unit leaders and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide financial guidance and support.
- Collaborate with head media operations supply chain procurement and other support function teams to align financial plans with business strategies
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning investment analysis and business cases
- Identify and implement process improvement and harmonization to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI and financial modeling tools; ability to build and manage complex financial models.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new ideas to continuously improve financial analysis and operational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build relationships with business partners.
