Is this role right for you In this role you will:

Acquisitions and Divestitures

  • Analyze financial metrics for targets and comparable companies.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the targets/industry related to valuation shareholder analysis profitability trends etc.
  • Assistin preparing presentations for Executive discussion/approval.
  • Participate in due diligence of potential acquisition targets which includes analyzing the impact of such transactions on the Banks operations earnings ROE and capital.
  • Participate in the sale processes including populating and managing thedataroom

Corporate Restructuring

  • Provide supportoncorporate restructuring initiatives.
  • Assistwith executing plans tooptimizethe Banks capital allocation strategy improve the Bank and its subsidiariesoperatingfinancial and tax efficiency.
  • Complete otherprojectsas assigned. The group typically takes ad hoc projects concerning a broad range of the Banks products and operations.

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences clubs and competitions.
  • You are curious analytical and able to manage multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
  • You are familiar with basic finance concepts and financial statements.
  • You are familiar with financial modelling Bloomberg and other research platforms.
  • You are proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint
