As the Student Experience & Development Coordinator youll lead the charge in designing and executing a best-in-class employment strategy that fuels Chandos future talent pipeline. What Youll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic employment program that includes:
- High school RAP initiatives
- Student term employment (i.e. Co-op)
- New graduate opportunities
- Early career programs and other emerging talent pathways
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships with post-secondary institutions career centers and industry partners to showcase Chandos as an employer of choice.
- Represent Chandos at career fairs networking events and community activities promoting exciting opportunities for students and early-career professionals.
- Create an engaging onboarding experience and support participants throughout their journey.
- Track program success through KPIs like engagement retention and rehire rates.
- Innovate! Bring forward ideas for scholarships mentorship programs development projects and more.
- Supporting the HR program and policy team with other initiatives as required.

Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 5 years of HR experience ideally with a focus on talent acquisition or student programs.
- A degree in Business HR or a related field.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinking with a passion for diversity equity and inclusion.
- Bonus points for student employment related experience!
