Reporting to the Cost Control Manager the Cost control Coordinator will ensure that the cost management platform(s) are kept up to date to reflect the most current cost information as per contract agreements and in compliance with EBC practices.
Responsibilities
- Enter contracts information and associated details in Cost Management system.
- Review progress billing from sub-contracts validate progress with project team and update entries in Cost system.
- Generate monthly reports (internal & external) from Cost Management system.
- Verify status of sub-contracts and Purchase Orders from ERP system and project team.
- Create change requests and progress billings for contracts following Project Management good practices in the Cost platform.
- Issue the Monthly progress to the client in the Cost Platform for project team approval
- Managing other administrative tasks to support monthly cost control as required.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education preferably in Administration; Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of office experience.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Bilingual EN-FR required.
- Flexibility to visit sites when required and ability to support multiple projects.
- Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.
