Job Summary
- Prepare and serve coffee espresso tea and other beverages with consistency accuracy and care
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of coffee tea and related beverage offerings including brewing techniques flavor profiles and presentation standards
- Ensure beverages meet quality standards for taste temperature and presentation
- Support front-of-house service flow by coordinating with servers and other team members
- Maintain cleanliness organization and readiness of the beverage station
- Monitor inventory and notify management of stock needs proactively
- Uphold professional appearance composure and service standards at all times
- Collaborate with the broader service and support teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years prior experience in a coffee café or fine-dining beverage environment preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines coffee brewing and beverage preparation
- Professional composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in supporting seamless service
- Available weekdays weekends evenings and holidays as needed
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
