Job Summary
- Greet guests courteously and manage coat and personal item intake and retrieval with accuracy
- Handle guest belongings with care discretion and attention to detail
- Maintain an organized secure and orderly coat check area at all times
- Issue and manage coat check tickets accurately and efficiently
- Support smooth guest flow during peak arrival and departure periods
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and front-of-house team members
- Maintain composure discretion and professionalism at all times
- Uphold appearance standards and service expectations
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in hospitality guest services or a customer-facing role preferred
- Professional composed demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Clear respectful communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Flexible Availability
