Senior Cost Consultant

As a Senior Cost Consultant you will be involved in: 

• Managing a budget of one or many Packages on a major rehabilitation program  
• Post-contract cost management including forecasting change management cost reconciliations cost reporting
• Undertaking Value management 
• Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants
• Mentoring and coaching junior staff
• Support research related to construction market conditions throughout Canada including analysis of official published data 

Qualifications :

Qualifications 

• 10 years of experience in cost management
• A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject 
• Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS); The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada or ability to obtain it.
• Knowledge of and experience using CostX is an asset

The base salary range for this full-time role is $95000 - $145000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
