- Perform water fire and mold mitigation work
- Set up drying equipment remove damaged materials and clean job sites
- Assist with tarping board-up and demolition as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
- Maintain clean stocked trucks and equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
- Paid training certifications and clear career paths
