What Youll Do
Deliver intensive in-home case management and crisis intervention
Lead trauma-informed strategies to create safety and stability
Advocate for clients and help them achieve sustainable outcomes
Mentor other practitioners when needed
Be available for overnight and weekend work
What Were Looking For
Youre someone who is:
Skilled in child protection family support and disability frameworks
Experienced in high-pressure complex case environments
Confident in crisis negotiation and conflict resolution
Strong communicator and advocate
Committed to cultural competence and respectful engagement with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate Diploma or Degree in Social Work Community Services or related field (or equivalent experience minimum 3 years)
Advanced training such as Safe & Together Hope & Healing Crisis Negotiation Circle of Security or approved DFV programs
Current Positive Blue and Yellow Cards
First Aid and CPR certification
Current drivers licence
