Is this role right for you In this role you will:
- Be working and partnering with multiple stakeholders within the bank and teams such as contactcenters clients internal operations teams etc.
- Dive deep into process mapping and gap analysis for client related issues and help find solutions.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures that drive operational excellence or a more amazing client experience.
- Define the scope and the metrics to confirm success for initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- You will helpsupport witha larger scope of team-wide projects and initiatives as needed.

- You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
- You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
- You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences clubs and competitions and/or hackathons.
- You have knowledgeinMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have the ability to researchanalyzeand prepare a report.
- You have Knowledge in SQL series although not a requirement.
- You are analyticaldetailedoriented with strongwrittenand verbal skills.
- You can work on multiple initiatives at the same time.
