After successfully completing a co-op or internship with top performance we will work with you toestablishyour future placements. As a result youwill get tolearn grow and experiment within different areas of both Scotiabank and Tangerine!

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Be working and partnering with multiple stakeholders within the bank and teams such as contactcenters clients internal operations teams etc.
  • Dive deep into process mapping and gap analysis for client related issues and help find solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures that drive operational excellence or a more amazing client experience.
  • Define the scope and the metrics to confirm success for initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • You will helpsupport witha larger scope of team-wide projects and initiatives as needed.

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences clubs and competitions and/or hackathons.
  • You have knowledgeinMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have the ability to researchanalyzeand prepare a report.
  • You have Knowledge in SQL series although not a requirement.
  • You are analyticaldetailedoriented with strongwrittenand verbal skills.
  • You can work on multiple initiatives at the same time.
