Opportunity Overview
Duties/Essential Function:
- Accountable for the accurate and timely entry of asset records and its warranty entitlements. This includes tracking and managing of assets through all lifecycle stages: shipment installation operation maintenance reassignment and retirement.
- Create and update customer records (names shipping and billing addresses) ensuring consistency in data formats and naming conventions
- Maintain documents and guides related to the creation and maintenance of customers and asset records.
- Prepare reports detailing the status and history of asset and customer records and provide accurate data for informed evaluation and action by the Data teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and divisional groups for asset-related actions and participate in continuous improvement work.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday 24 hours x 5 days a week
Work Hours: 5 scheduled days which may include holiday and on-call

- Bachelors degree in business administration IT Finance or related field.
- Previous experience in customer-service role is a plus.
- Knowledge of Asset Management software is a plus.
- Ability to use MS Office Word Excel Access.
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Possess strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Willing to work on shifting schedules including night shifts.
- Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
