About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Social Marketing Manager who understands that social media is not about vanity metrics but about positioning credibility and demand generation.
You will own our social presence across LinkedIn Facebook and TikTok shaping how the brand is perceived by decision-makers founders and senior professionals. This role blends strategy with execution. You will think create test analyse and optimise continuously.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand voice messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Translate business objectives into content themes and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Content Creation and Publishing
- Create and oversee high-quality content including posts short-form videos carousels and graphics.
- Adapt content formats and tone for LinkedIn Facebook and TikTok understanding the strengths of each platform.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts to maximise reach and engagement.
Paid Social and Campaigns
- Plan launch and optimise paid social campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Test creatives copy and audiences to improve performance and ROI.
- Community and Engagement
- Monitor comments messages and mentions engaging with followers in a professional and timely manner.
- Build credibility and trust through consistent interaction and thought leadership positioning.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyse performance across platforms using relevant tools.
- Report on KPIs such as reach engagement follower growth conversions and campaign performance.
- Use insights to continuously refine strategy and content.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing sales and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Support wider marketing initiatives such as launches events and partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a B2B brand.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and how social media supports it.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn for B2B growth and thought leadership.
- Solid working knowledge of Facebook and TikTok including organic and paid strategies.
- Comfortable creating content not just briefing others to do it.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Clear communicator with strong written English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with founders CEOs or senior leadership brands.
- Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and lead generation.
- Basic design or video editing skills.
