Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs & Clinical Fellows) Multiple Openings
Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists including Clinical Fellows (CFs) to support students across a variety of school-based settings throughout Massachusetts. These positions are available due to program growth and expanding partnerships with school districts.
We are seeking compassionate collaborative clinicians who are passionate about helping students build functional communication skills and thrive in their educational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports
Develop implement and manage IEP goals related to communication needs
Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with special educators families and related service providers
Track and document student progress and service delivery
Ensure compliance with IDEA Massachusetts regulations and district requirements
Participate in team meetings IEP meetings and professional development
Available Placements Include
Preschool elementary middle or high school settings
Inclusion-based pull-out or specialized programs
Full-time or part-time schedules
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Massachusetts DESE licensure as a Speech Language and Hearing Specialist
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred for licensed clinicians
Strong communication organizational and collaboration skills
