Job Summary
POWDER COAT PAINT SUPERVISOR Manufacturing Facility (Roanoke VA)
Pay Rate: $20$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week 10-Hour Shifts MondayThursday
Are you an experienced leader with a background in powder coating or lighting production A well-established manufacturing facility in Roanoke is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations manage team performance and ensure product quality and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities in the powder coat or lighting department
Organize and prioritize production schedules and employee assignments
Maintain high standards of quality safety and productivity
Monitor inventory and ensure timely completion of production goals
Provide leadership training and support to production staff
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Hands-on experience in powder coating or lighting production preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality
