What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

• Project scope and deliverables In this role youll support the Regional Indirect Customer Success team by delivering high-impact operational support with a strong focus on data analysis and business reporting. Youll build dashboards generate insights from customer and partner performance data support internal communications and help coordinate internal and external events.
• Business impact Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and help optimize how we engage SAP partners to drive customer success. You wont just pull numbersyoull turn them into stories and insights that influence real action across Market Units. Your contributions will enable operational excellence increased visibility on KPIs and ultimately better outcomes for SAP customers.
• Team environment and collaboration Youll be embedded within a diverse international and high-energy regional team working closely with Customer Success Managers Partner Managers and leadership. Youll receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals while gaining visibility into SAPs global customer success ecosystem.
• Learning opportunities Youll sharpen your analytical and communication skills while working with Microsoft Power BI Excel and SAP internal systems. Youll gain firsthand experience in internal operations strategic communications stakeholder management and event planning in a large multinational setting.
• Additional context This is a unique opportunity to get behind the scenes of how SAP works with its partner ecosystem to deliver customer success at scale. Youll gain real-world experience in a strategic fast-paced environment while building a solid foundation for a future career in business operations customer success or data strategy.

What Youll Bring

• Educational requirements
  You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Engineering Data Science or a related field. You must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Experience level and background
  Previous internship or academic project experience involving data analysis or business reporting is a strong plus. Experience working in a team settingwhether in student organizations class projects or part-time rolesis valued.
• Technical skills
  Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required. Solid Excel skills (pivot tables formulas) and familiarity with data visualization best practices are essential. Experience with other analytics or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Python SQL) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft skills
  You thrive in a fast-paced environment manage multiple tasks independently and communicate with clarity and professionalism. Youre proactive detail-oriented and take ownership of your work. A collaborative mindset and strong intercultural communication skills will help you succeed in our diverse team.
• Balanced expectations
  We dont expect you to know everything on day one. What matters most is your willingness to learn your ability to work with data to generate insights and your motivation to contribute meaningfully in a corporate setting.
