Job Summary
Are you ready to unleash the full potential of hydropower
SeaPattern is revolutionizing hydropower with modular floating hydrokinetic turbines that boost energy productionwithout new infrastructure and without environmental impact.
As we take the next step toward commercialization we are looking for a Project Manager who wants to contribute to develop breakthrough technology and create sustainable energy solutions for the world!
Main responsilbilities
In this role you will take a leading position in driving complex R&D and technical projects from early planning through successful implementation. You will own and lead end-to-end test programs ensuring production readiness execution documentation and insightful analysis. With a structured and proactive approach you will develop and manage timelines resource plans and milestones while identifying risks early and adjusting course to ensure project success.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering operations and leadership and play a key role in communicating clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders. By driving structured follow-ups retrospectives and continuous improvements you will help shape efficient ways of working. You will also create clear documentation and dashboards that provide transparency alignment and momentumcontributing to the continuous development of how we deliver innovative solutions.
Lead and structure complex R&D and technical projects from planning to implementation
Own and project lead end-to-end test programs from planning and production readiness to execution documentation and analysis.
Develop and maintain timelines resource plans and milestone tracking.
Identify and mitigate project risks; course-correct proactively
Drive structured follow-ups retrospectives and continuous improvements
Create documentation and dashboards for transparency and alignment
Contribute to developing and refining our way of working
We are looking for the following qualifications
You have a strong track record of delivering results on time and within budget bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills you take a data-driven approach and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You are an excellent communicator and facilitator able to lead and influence others even without formal authority. Thriving in a fast-paced startup-style environment with shifting priorities you are a natural team player with a leadership mindset and a sharp eye for quality. You are also genuinely curious about technology and unafraid to explore new tools AI and digital solutions to continuously improve the way work gets done.
Master of Science in Engineering preferably Physics Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
57 years of experience managing technical or cross-functional projects
Experience from hardware development testing verification or field tests is a strong plus.
You are fluent in english written and spoken. Fluent in swedish is a strong benefit.
The SeaPattern office is situated in Linköping and you are expected to work from the office 5 days/week.
