Tasks
- Creating updating and managing job postings to ensure they are accurate and visible on the right platforms.
- Researching and identifying new channels websites and communities to post open teaching positions
- Reviewing and filtering CVs and applications based on Casitas teaching standards and needs
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process including initial outreach follow-ups and rejections
- Coordinating and attending interviews and trial classes with candidates and relevant team members
- Collecting and organizing feedback from trials and interviews to support hiring decisions
- Assisting with onboarding for new hires ensuring all required documentation and steps are completed
- Maintaining organized records of candidates and recruitment progress
- Collaborating with other team members when recruitment overlaps with operational or scheduling needs
- Providing general support to other areas of the team when needed especially during busy periods
Requirements
- Native English speaker or fully bilingual in English.
- Strong background in education and experience working as a teacher.
- Clear understanding of what makes a high-quality teacher and classroom experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to adapt quickly and take on new responsibilities as the role evolves.
- Professional and empathetic when communicating with candidates.
- Basic digital skills and comfort using online tools and platforms.
