DescriptionPerforms standardised high-volume operational activities to support both client & market-facing specialists across the end to end placement lifecycle for new business and renewals. Responsible for programme and client-related documentation production data analysis and information handling. Provides internal coordination of activity required for executing placements and managing client interactions and queries.
The Role
The broker support associates supports a team of brokers by assisting with organization daily operations communication with clients and insurance markets document creation for use with clients and insurance markets assistance with compliance systems data entry and other support tasks as required.
Performance Objectives:
- Work with brokers to provide day-to-day servicing of accounts including:
- Receive new/renewal submission from the production team or client
- Send the submission to carriers
- Receive quotes and update renewal document(s) as needed
- Provide orders to bind to the carrier/underwriters
- Carry out surplus lines market security sanctions and third party payment procedures
- Follow up on invoicing and accounting inquiries
- Learn and utilize WTW analytic tools
- Learn and utilize WTW software and systems Epic CMS etc.
- Add/renew policy record in EPIC; upload required documentation throughout placement
- Work collectively with Mumbai on policy issuance and binder contingencies
- Process expenses for team for business travels

- Possibility of signing an agreement with the University or Study Centre.
- Degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration Economics / Statistics / Actuarial / Business Studies or Law.
- High knowledge of Excel Power Point and skills to learn new tools.
- Fluent in Englishand Spanish
- Analytical skills; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical and systematic way.
- Interest and skills in business development and sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organisational ability; be able to work and think in a methodical and orderly manner
- Commitment to quality; work continuously to achieve the highest quality standards
- Proactive results-oriented attitude and ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
