Operations Manager- B2B Gold & Diamond Jewelry-Pune-60k

Role Overview

Hiring for a leading B2B gold and diamond jewelry company. The role involves managing end-to-end operational activities ensuring smooth coordination across production supply chain quality and dispatch to deliver high-quality jewelry within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations including procurement production inventory QC and dispatch.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design CAD Casting Diamond Setting QC Dispatch).
Ensure adherence to production timelines quality standards and hallmarking norms.
Handle vendor and supplier coordination for gold diamonds and raw materials.
Oversee material planning stock control and reconciliation.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Maintain MIS reports stock records and operational dashboards.
Drive process improvements to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
Support ERP/MIS implementation and operational tracking.
Lead and supervise operations warehouse and QC teams.
Ensure ethical sourcing compliance and quality checks before dispatch.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations Supply Chain or related field.
5-8 years of experience in jewelry luxury goods or manufacturing operations (B2B preferred).
Strong knowledge of gold & diamond jewelry production and quality processes.
Experience with ERP/MIS systems and MS Excel.
Strong leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.
