Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production planning manufacturing operations production scheduling process optimization capacity planning workflow management SOP implementation inventory control material planning and shift management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes meeting quality standards and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals.
- Manage manufacturing operations to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Create and maintain production schedules to optimize resource utilization.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Conduct capacity planning to meet demand and maintain production flow.
- Oversee workflow management to streamline production activities.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or overages.
- Plan and procure materials to support production needs.
- Manage shifts to ensure proper staffing and production coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in production management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning scheduling and optimization.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining SOPs for production.
- Proficient in inventory control material planning and capacity management.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
