About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our TIC
division focused on mineral commodities. Based in Singapore you will be responsible for acquiring new
clients nurturing existing relationships and expanding our footprint across key industrial sectors in the
region.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in TIC and a deep understanding
of the mineral supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and achieve sales targets for TIC services in the mineral sector.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client visits across core industries such as power plants cement mining and steel to identify
opportunities.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor service performance identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure 100% service
level.
Develop and propose cost-effective value-added service strategies to clients.
Prepare and submit regular business activity and performance reports.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering.
Residency: Must be a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the TIC industry with exposure to minerals coal or bulk commodities.
Skills:
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Chinese is a plus for client engagement).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Existing network within Singapores power cement mining or steel sectors is an advantage.
