We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Deposit Operations Support Associate to assist with documentation and customer outreach related to consumer deposit accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain experience in a regulated financial services environment.
Job Description
In this role you will support day-to-day deposit operations by reviewing and validating required tax and account documentation. You will also communicate with customers to obtain missing or expired forms to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and validate IRS Form W-8 (Certificate of Foreign Status)
- Review and validate IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number)
- Review Signature Cards for interest-bearing consumer deposit accounts
- Identify missing or expired documentation
- Contact customers to request updated or required forms
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Qualifications
- 02 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and handle sensitive information with care
