Role Summary:
Lead the Oncology Business Unit for Singapore managing P&L developing strategic direction for the oncology portfolio (marketed and pipeline brands) and ensuring business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute annual financial and strategic plans as well as Long-Range Plans (LRP) to maximize portfolio performance.
- Oversee the product lifecycle including new indications formulations and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate with Market Access on reimbursement and pricing strategies including tender management.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities via strategic partnerships.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and inspire the Brand Team in shaping brand strategy optimizing positioning and achieving targets.
- Drive sales and marketing alignment to deliver revenue margin and market share objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture through talent identification development and succession planning.
- Enhance team competencies including key account management and selling skills.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Finance and Distributors to ensure accurate forecasting inventory and shipments.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures to align resources with commitments.
- Ensure adherence to corporate legal and ethical standards and country regulations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (science or business preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of team leadership experience ideally as a Business Unit Manager.
- Practical experience in oncology and in sales/marketing roles; strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams develop talent and manage performance.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
