As our Payroll Accounting Manager you will play a vital part in ensuring our Heartists across Singapore are paid accurately on time and in full compliance with local regulations. Your expertise will ensure seamless payroll operations and strong financial governance within our Finance team.
Payroll Excellence
- Lead endtoend payroll processing with accuracy confidentiality and timeliness.
- Verify payroll inputs such as new hires exits salary revisions and benefits.
- Oversee special payroll cycles (bonuses offcycle payments severance etc.).
- Serve as the payroll systems primary administrator and subjectmatter expert.
Payroll Accounting & Controls
- Prepare and reconcile all payrollrelated general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate payroll liability accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Strengthen internal controls to uphold financial integrity.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore payroll tax and CPF regulations.
- Manage timely statutory filings including IR8A IR21 and other required reports.
- Support audits by preparing payroll documentation and financial reports.
Partnership & Support
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Finance to ensure smooth data flow.
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to simplify automate and enhance payroll processes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of payroll accounting experience.
- Strong foundation in payroll accounting standards and Singapore taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sun ERP; experience with Timesoft or ADP is an advantage.
- High attention to detail strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- A high level of professionalism integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
