Responsibilities
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Task Order Manager with a security focus to oversee and coordinate security related programs supporting the 480th Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all security related projects and requirements align with organizational goals are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role requires expertise in program management leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and oversee security programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives.
- Define program objectives scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets schedules and resources.
- Monitor program performance and progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Required Education: Masters degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 15 years as a substitute to the masters degree.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum or PMP frameworks).
- Familiarity with DoD Air Force and Intelligence Community (IC) security policies and procedures.
- Expertise in information industrial personnel and physical security concepts principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting 480 ISRW or similar military organization.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Site Security Manager (SSM) Special Security Officer (SSO) or Unit Security Manager (USM).
- Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
