We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team in a fully remote capacity. This position is open exclusively to candidates residing within the United States and applications from outside the U.S. will be automatically rejected.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations coordinating office activities and providing critical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills strong communication abilities and the capability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for team members
Handle correspondence emails and other communications professionally and efficiently
Prepare reports presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain digital filing systems records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist in organizing virtual events meetings and team projects
Support onboarding of new team members and maintain HR-related documentation
Track office supplies coordinate vendor communications and manage administrative budgets
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners for administrative inquiries
Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an administrative coordinator assistant or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and remote collaboration tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $50000 $65000 USD.
