Job Summary

Compliance Administrator needs 3-5 years of experience in US import & logistics

Compliance Administrator requires:

Excellent Analytical skills

Excellent Attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills proficiency in all Microsoft Office

Knowledge of international freight management

Knowledge of US Import regulations

Ability to handle multiple projects

Compliance Administrator duties:

  • Reviews Duty Invoices for accuracy and approves for payment
  • Provides detail entry summary to third party brokerage firm for computed value reconciliation process
  • Provides detail entry summary monthly to Finance for duty cross charging to corporate headquarters
  • Coordinates year end deliveries to meet working capital objectives of parent company and Transitions business
  • documentation as required by auditors quarterly
  • Acts as backup for team roles Compliance
  • Adheres to regulatory requirements for Entry documentation and electronic retention
