Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
Acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts
Prospect and qualify leads within target companies using structured sales cadences
Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and consultative selling
Build manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
Perform cross-selling and upselling activities closing deals primarily by phone
Track manage and report sales activities and pipeline performance
Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Prepare commercial proposals ensuring technical and commercial accuracy
Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication skills
Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience
Strong sales negotiation and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
Comfortable working with CRM tools and standard business software
Experience working with partners or channels is a plus
Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently
