Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team of professionals in the plumbing industry. This role is critical to ensuring the installation maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in residential commercial and industrial properties. The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for interpreting blueprints diagnosing complex plumbing issues and executing high-quality work in compliance with local state and national building codes. With over 5 years of hands-on experience the ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Install maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipes fixtures valves and drainage systems.
Interpret architectural plans blueprints and technical schematics to determine installation requirements.
Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify leaks blockages and system inefficiencies.
Ensure all work complies with local state and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with contractors engineers and supervisors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Perform preventative maintenance on existing plumbing infrastructure to extend system lifespan.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential commercial and industrial settings.
Use hand and power tools pipe threading equipment and specialized plumbing instruments with precision.
Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and service calls.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers when applicable.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a licensed Journeyman Plumber.
Valid Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification in the applicable jurisdiction.
Proven expertise in residential commercial and industrial plumbing systems.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes safety standards and building regulations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Skilled in pipefitting soldering welding and using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in varied environments.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
