Job Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume end to end recruiting processes for Brazil clients.
- Build robust talent pipelines using multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones.
- Track key recruiting metrics & collaborate on smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate with other HR related areas to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity.
- Provide regular updates on hiring processes and forecasts.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/ training.
- 4 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
