DescriptionYRCI is seeking a Personnel Action Request (PAR) Lead to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:
- Applyadvanced skills and experience in processing end to end personnel data transactions.
- Apply a demonstrated knowledge of personnel data rules and regulations and technology.
- Providesupervisory responsibilities and is qualified to perform tasks such as:
- Coordinating and managingteam activities.
- Administering quality review and process improvement activities.
- Performing personnel action request processing
- Responding to customer requests for information.
- Processing employee personnel data corrections.
- Maintaining applicant and employee records in Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Inputting data into HRIS.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
10 years Federal HR Experience.
Working knowledge of Federal HR policies rules and regulations including the Guide to Processing PersonnelActions (GPPA)
Experience processing complex HRIS employee transactions.
Strong supervisory skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good oral and written communication.
Attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing or leading a team.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM such as HRConnect.
Bachelors degree.
Shared services experience.
