Job Summary
Hyde Park Elementary: A joyful community of independent learners prepared for an evolving world. Hyde Park Elementary School seeks a preschool teacher and director for the remainder of 2025-2026 school is a PreK four-year-old program that is in session four days a week 8:05 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Mondays are used for director work planning professional development and other responsibilities. The Teacher/Director is responsible for promoting the academic and social-emotional growth of all children including those with special needs. This role includes oversight of curriculum keeping and maintaining confidential records for staff and students in compliance with the ddstate licensing system maintaining 4 out of 5 STARS with the Step Ahead Recognition System to ensure that the program is a Universal PreKindergarten (UPK) pre-qualified education program. The Teacher/Director will partner with families ensure high-quality programming staff coordination and alignment with the HPES mission and is a dedicated dynamic and innovative educational community that supports the Whole Child Whole School and Whole Community.
