Job Summary

Job Description:

As a Sr. Project Engineer you will be responsible for the design and installation of projects. Your role will be a senior active member of the Engineering community site technical team the local engineering team and assigned project team(s). Additionally you will be responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.

The role will either be based out of Elizabethtown PA or require travel to there as well as potentially any of our major sites across North America. Ideal candidate sits at Elizabethtown or could be at one of our Mars Wrigley sites (Hackettstown NJ - Cleveland TN - or Topeka KS) with increased travel required.

Approximately 20-50% travel requirement depending on project demands.

This associate will concentrate on infrastructure (buildings) and utilities as well as manage other portfolio programs within the team for the North American region.

What are we looking for

Minimum:

Bachelors degree in engineering in Electrical Mechanical or Chemical
7-10 years experience in a comparable technical position - food beverage pharmaceutical or related industry
Proficiency in understanding engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process Packaging Electrical Construction or Construction Management
In-depth understanding of designated functional engineering area of expertise Infrastructure and Sustainability

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position will include variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
