Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role supports adult geriatric and pediatric patient populations and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe compassionate and high-quality care. CNAs play a vital role in promoting patient comfort dignity and overall wellbeing across acute care long-term care and specialty units.

About the CNA Training Program

  • Paid training program with classroom skills lab and clinical experience.

  • Unit selection occurs during interviews prior to the class start to match trainee and team needs.

  • Support and preparation to pass the Montana State CNA exam.

  • Graduates are offered CNA positions in Acute Care Long Term Care or Specialty Units.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
