Responsibilities / Tasks
- Plan and personally implement long term strategic alliances with existing key customers
- Negotiate to win key target service projects
- Achieve the best possible team performance through excellent communication and stimulation of all potential synergies between all stakeholders
- Determine Order Intake Budgets with Service Director
- Achieve the planned order intake budget and planned profit margin.
- Manage the performance review training and development process for all members of the department.
- Be a mature individual with well-developed networking skills at high level
- Be an excellent communicator who can negotiate deals at high level
- Ensure compliance to QHSE regulations.
- Achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage of existing ibase
- Set and track sales targets KPIs performance
- Manage the service project offer management process from definition of scope to technical detailing costing and solution pricing
- Define pricing and specific project related conditions with responsibility of service project hit rate.
- Coach mentor and develop all members of the team
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Have a degree in Business or Engineering
- Further education (Masters degree) registration with a relevant regulatory body and commitment to relevant continued development are considered important.
- Have extensive experience in industry of core technology and process applications
- Broad experience in selling small to medium service upgrade and projects (200kEUR to 1MEUR) to the Dairy Food Beverage and Chemical industry.
- Be an excellent communicator who can negotiate deals at high level
- Gave experience in managing people in a team in order to achieve set objectives.
- Proficient in English
- Strong Leadership and change competencies.
- Ability to lead culturally diverse teams
- Be a mature individual with well-developed networking skills at high level
- Be a strong self-motivator and able to motivate others
- A team player but able take decisions when needed
- Be able to adapt his/her management style to different situations.
