Job Title: Field Property Manager

Description:
We are a well-established property management organization seeking an experienced Field Property Manager to work in the field overseeing a portfolio of multifamily properties throughout the Bronx with a strong focus on Section 8 compliance and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 3040 multifamily properties
- Manage and supervise maintenance and repair staff ensuring timely completion of work
- Coordinate and oversee repairs inspections and ongoing property maintenance
- Conduct field visits and ensure properties meet housing and safety standards
- Handle tenant and vendor coordination related to property operations
Qualifications:
- 35 years of multifamily property management experience preferred
- Section 8 experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing maintenance and repair personnel
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a field-based role
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
